Endo Gutta Fill is a backfill obturation system with temperature adjustable from 100 °C to 200 °C and 3 memory programs (T1, T2 and T3). For each program you set the temperature and the gutta-percha push speed (Low, Mid or High), to choose the most suitable flow and reduce extrusion times. The manual recommends extra care above 185 °C and in narrow canals.

With Endo Gutta Fill, heating starts from standby: the indicator flashes blue and turns steady once the set temperature is reached, then you hold down the main button to extrude gutta-percha into the canal. The display shows the real-time temperature and the remaining gutta-percha level. Before each use, the manual advises extruding about 10 mm of insufficiently heated gutta-percha.

Endo Gutta Fill uses single-use 23 Gauge needles (ref. PR00ENDOGFPS, transparent protective rubber) and 25 Gauge needles (ref. PR00ENDOGFPL, black protective rubber). The needles rotate 360° and keep the gutta-percha at the ideal temperature, for homogeneous, bubble-free extrusion into the canal. They are bent and rotated with the bending tool supplied.

Endo Gutta Fill uses gutta-percha sticks 2.5–2.8 mm in diameter and 14–16 mm long, not included in the package: the manual recommends those advised by Dentalica, with good flowability to prevent leakage. The display warns when the gutta-percha needs replacing. With the “Change GP” function, the handpiece heats to about 150 °C to melt the residue and the pushrod returns to its starting position in about 50 seconds; you then insert the new stick with medical forceps and screw the cartridge back on.
