One of the most feared risks during endodontic treatment is excessive stress and the resulting fracture of NiTi instruments within the root canal. NoStress facilitates endodontic treatment by reducing instrument fatigue in the initial phase, particularly in narrow root canals.

It acts as a chelating agent, inducing a change in the dentine, which becomes softer, allowing NiTi instruments to rotate with less friction, thereby significantly reducing the risk of accidental fracture.
